Our Promise
Chamberlains policy is to only source fish and shellfish from stocks that are not under any threat of depletion. Traceability of all our farmed fish verify that we only source from responsibly managed farms that practise ethical techniques whilst protecting the environment from inappropriate and harmful farming practices.
Chamberlain’s embraces a policy of “sustainability” and have introduced as part of their high quality ethical food resourcing regime a comprehensive approach for the purchasing of high quality fish and shellfish from sustainable species and well-regulated and managed farmed and aquaculture sources.
