From the private to the public: life in Londinium – guided tour
Explore what life was like in Roman London on this guided tour. Discover sites usually inaccessible to the public beginning with the Billingsgate Roman House and Baths – London’s only Roman home. Then, head to Guildhall and the Chief Commoner’s staircase to view Londinium Romanum, a magnificent painting from 1959 depicting Roman London, with one main omission… London’s Roman Amphitheatre.
